CUSTOMER RELATIONS are of little or no priority to the METRO WATER DISTRICT. Customers who attend the monthly BOARD MEETINGS feel that their time has been wasted by an unresponsive board, and that CUSTOMER CONCERNS are not on the AGENDA.

BOARD MEETINGS are often attended by managers and some staff, and even past BOARD MEMBERS who have portrayed themselves as fellow customers while making comments at OFF-THE-RECORD PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETINGS supporting further RATE INCREASES and praising the current BOARD while actual customers sit in disbelief of what they are WITNESSING.
